Cookie Policy.

Last updated: January 2025 · Reestly Technologies Inc. · One Global Place, BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

This Cookie Policy explains how Reestly Technologies Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, in accordance with RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its IRR, and NPC advisories on transparency and consent.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how they are used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, collectively referred to here as "cookies".

2. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary (always active): required for core functions — session management, theme preference, security, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled as the site cannot function without them.
  • Analytics (consent-based): help us understand site usage — pages visited, traffic sources, and performance — so we can improve. We use aggregated, de-identified data wherever possible.
  • Marketing (consent-based): used to measure campaigns and, with your consent, remember your interests for relevant content.

3. Your consent and choices

On your first visit we present a consent banner for non-essential cookies; you may accept, decline, or customize categories, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data and revisiting, or by contacting us. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Browser controls

All major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may break site features such as login and secure checkout.

5. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed third-party services (e.g., analytics providers, embedded videos, or payment widgets) that may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. We review our third parties and contractually require compliance with Philippine data-privacy standards.

6. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have maximum lifetimes appropriate to their function (typically 6–24 months) and are deleted or refreshed thereafter.
